Shipping times and costs

Tenuta Cavasecca - Società Semplice Agricola ships to Europe and beyond upon request. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although this may be slightly longer during holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed within three business days.

Once the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times and costs depend on the destination country and the total value of the order according to the following table:

We do not ship orders from countries not listed above. For a customized shipping quote, please contact us at info@cavasecca.it.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of your order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal within the 14th day from the delivery date using the online procedure in the Personal Area of ​​our website and wait for confirmation from our team.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT numbers are excluded.

Return shipping will be paid by Tenuta Cavasecca - Società Semplice Agricola in the event of a defective or incorrect product . For all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail or courier in their original packaging, along with the completed Return Form. They must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. No exchanges or refunds will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on cavasecca.it. For further questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by emailing info@cavasecca.it.

Returns of goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address:

The customer is responsible for the items until they arrive at the warehouse.

How to make a return

If the product is damaged or incorrect

Simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the "Return Request" button. Specify the reason and the items you wish to return in the appropriate section. Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and arrange a free collection.

If the customer ships the item to be returned at their own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred and guarantee a refund for the order.

For all other types of returns

Simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the return request button. Specify the reason for the return and the items you wish to return in the appropriate section. Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly to authorize the return and assist you in choosing the best return method. Shipping and any other costs will be borne by the buyer.

Once our team has authorized the return, you can ship the goods using your preferred courier. Returns should be sent to Tenuta Cavasecca, located at Via Necropoli Grotticelle, 8, 96100, Siracusa (SR), Italy, VAT no. 01937700894.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

The Tenuta Cavasecca team will verify the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the return policy requirements. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly at info@cavasecca.it. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase as quickly as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.

The refund will be free of charge and will only include the cost of the product or items being returned in the case of a partial return, while it will include the cost of the products and the shipping costs initially incurred in the case of a full return of the order.
