Our story
Our story begins in a sun-drenched, arid countryside—almost harsh, yet extraordinarily generous: 60 hectares of land with an invaluable heritage of centuries-old olive trees. One summer day in the 1990s, Antonio and Lucia felt the call of that land. It was then that they decided to nurture it, to care for it. Little by little, their greatest desire took shape: to establish a symbiotic relationship with the place, to give to and receive from that warm, red soil. Over time, they absorbed countless lessons and passed on a deep passion for olive growing.

Cavasecca, today
Children — like trees — grow and choose to carry this beautiful dream forward, rooted in Sicily. In 2017, Dario, the new generation, set aside his former path to embrace life as an olive grower. Day by day, a new awareness took shape: producing extra virgin olive oil also means telling the story of, and giving value to, the land it comes from. Thus, naturally and spontaneously, an educational and cultural dimension grew alongside the agricultural project.
The passion has remained the same, but with a broader vision: not only olives and oil, but also a place to be experienced and discovered.
La Contrada
In a corner of eastern Sicily lies Contrada Cavasecca, a small stretch of red earth set on the first foothills of the Iblei Mountains.
